From Valencia, London to Ibiza and more, Erik has been in the restaurant hospitality business for 14 years. His dedication to service and passion for good food led him to Hong Kong to begin his journey with Pirata Group.
After a few years of falling in love with the city, Erik started on his mission to give Hong Kong the Mediterranean experience its been waiting for.
With nearly 15 years of experience in world renowned restaurants across Europe, Asia and the Middle East, Antoni is dedicated to creating original dishes with Mediterranean flavours that will wow your paletes.
He began his career in London as an intern at "Fat Duck", and continued to showcasing his talents through Spanish cuisine in the UAE and "the Optimist" in Hong Kong.
2 years ago, Bernabeu started Alive Food Co., which has been a greatly acclaimed local success.
